Key in Laptop

  • Go to Cortana in task bar and Click the notebook icon on the left.  Go to Settings and turn OFF ‘Cortana Suggestions’
  • Go to Windows\Settings\Privacy ‘Sending Windows Info Advertising ID’ and slide to OFF.
  • To secure you File Sharing, go to Settings\Update&Security\Advanced Options and locate and turn OFF ‘Updates to more than one place’.
  • Individually start Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome or any other browser you may use.  Go to www.microsoft.com and slide ‘Personalized Ads’ to OFF.
  • If using Firefox to to Firefox\Options\Settings and check ‘Always use Private Browsing’ mode.
